- Evantis conducted all candidate screening, with Carwow conducting a brief 15-minute introductory meeting for each consultant before engagement.
- As part of the Evantis solution, Carwow had the option to convert any Evantis consultant to a full-time Carwow employee after 12 months.
The Results
Evantis successfully built two product development teams for Carwow, saving them £369,000 within six months. Due to consistent on-time and high-quality delivery, Evantis has become the sole strategic provider of contract resources to Carwow across Europe.
